Creating multiple accounts, using accounts under false names, or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any player found to be operating multiple accounts may have all accounts suspended or terminated, with any associated funds and winnings forfeited.

1.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

Upon registration and at any subsequent time, the Company may require you to submit documentation verifying your identity, age, residential address, and source of funds. 2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

2.1 Deposits

phpone supports a variety of convenient payment methods for Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), over-the-counter payments (7-Eleven), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and your account status. These limits are displayed during the deposit process and may be adjusted by the Company from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are typically credited to your phpone account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and any processing times imposed by third-party payment processors. However, the Company cannot guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers, banks, or other third parties. You are responsible for all fees, charges, and currency conversion costs imposed by your bank, payment provider, or financial institution in connection with deposits to your phpone account.

All deposits must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary account holder, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to refuse any deposit that we reasonably believe may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct, and to return such deposits to the source account less any applicable processing fees.

2.2 Withdrawals

Subject to these Terms and applicable verification requirements, you may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time through your phpone account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are processed in the same currency (PHP) as your deposits, and withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. The Company does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or anonymous payment methods.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. VIP and high-tier players may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits and expedited processing. Standard withdrawal processing times range from instant (for verified accounts using e-wallets like GCash or PayMaya) to 1-3 business days for bank transfers. 3.2 Game Results and Dispute Resolution

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of the game as conducted by our professional dealers and recorded by our streaming technology. Game results are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding game results, betting outcomes, or account transactions, the Company's decision is final and conclusive. 3.3 Malfunction and Technical Issues

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, software failure, network interruption, or any other technical issue that affects gameplay or betting outcomes, all affected bets may be voided, and wagers will be refunded to the player's account. The Company is not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or other technical problems beyond our reasonable control. All gameplay takes place on our servers, and in the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on our servers, the server-side result shall prevail.

5. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the phpone Service: (a) creating multiple accounts or using false or misleading information during registration; (b) allowing any other person to use your account or using another person's account; (c) engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or dishonest activity; (d) using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games; (e) exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our software or systems; (f) engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activity; (g) harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phpone staff; (h) transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code; (i) attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data; (j) reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from our software; or (k) violating any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.

5.2 Account Suspension and Termination

phpone reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, providing false or misleading information, failure to comply with verification requirements, abuse of bonuses or promotions, chargebacks or payment disputes, prolonged account inactivity, or any conduct that the Company deems harmful to the integrity of the Service or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any remaining balance in your account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, may be forfeited and retained by the Company. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach of these Terms, any legitimate withdrawable balance will be returned to you less any applicable fees or charges. You may not use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods in connection with the Service. Any unauthorized use of phpone Content may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

THE PHPONE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHPONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PHPONE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. PHPONE DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PHPONE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF PHPONE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PHPONE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PHPONE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR PHP 10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phpone, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Service. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through phpone customer support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phpone customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties through direct communication with our support team. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate the matter to our senior management for review before pursuing formal legal action.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or supplemental terms referenced herein or presented to you when using specific features of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and phpone regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, between you and phpone regarding the Service.
